Tekkon Kinkreet in LA & NY

Studio 4°C's latest feature film, Tekkon Kinkreet, will be having a limited engagement screening in LA and New York for one week starting this coming Friday. Anyone who missed the MoMA screening, or saw it for that matter, should grab this chance to see the film on the big screen. Help spread the word to make this screening a success and raise the chances of it hitting theaters elsewhere.

Just in case there are any readers of this blog from the Melbourne area, I have just found out that Tekkon Kinkreet is screening at the Melbourne International Film Festival.

There will be a screening on Tuesday the 7th of August, 1pm, at ACMI.

Also, the “Animation Gallery” category has Paprika, The Best of Norman McLaren, Koji Yamamura: The unique universe of Yamamura (a collection of his shorts) and Aachi and Ssipak. Oh, and Azur et Asmar is screening as part of “Next Gen” along with Tekkon Kinkreet. All of the above (sans Aachi and Ssipak) have been on Ben’s blog in the past, so go check them out.

See you there!
